Payment policy: Payment for a stay consists of two installments. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due 8 days from the date of confirmation. The respective resort must receive the balance at the latest 30 days prior to the date of arrival. In the case that the booking is made less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival the total amount becomes due immediately. Booking less than 8 days prior to arrival makes payment due upon arrival. If the deposit is not paid punctually, the reservation will be cancelled.
Pets: In certain apartments 1 pet is allowed for an additional charge of DKK 350,- per stay. Only on inquiry.

Responsibility of the guest: The guest must comply by the rules set out by Strandhotellerne. The guest has full responsibility for all contents of the apartment. Any missing items or damage caused by the guest must be accounted for at the time of departure. The person responsible for the booking is also responsible for the actions of other guests in his/her party. Only as many guests as indicated on the confirmation/invoice may occupy the apartments.
Reservations: Pricelists are in EURO or DKK and subject to price increases and printing errors.

Smoking
Please note, that smoking is prohibited in all indoor public areas, restaurants etc. in the Strandhotellerne resorts. Smoker/non-smoker appartments are available.
Special conditions: Strandhotellerne is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or losses to guests or to their property while staying at the holiday resort. These conditions also apply when visiting the water park. Strandhotellerne will not be held responsible for situations of force majeure or any other external event, which may affect the guests' stay, for example electrical failure or any other circumstances that Strandhotellerne has no influence upon.
