Arrival/departure: Arrival time is 3 PM at the earliest. Time of departure is 10 AM at the latest. Should the guest be unable to arrive within opening hours of the reception, the holiday resort must be contacted one day prior to arrival to arrange for room access. Proof of payment must be presented at the time of check-in.

Booking fee: A booking fee of DKK 75,- will be charged on each order.
Booking changes: An administration fee of DKK 100,00 will be charged on any changes made to vacation dates, arrival, or type of apartment. However, booking changes can only be serviced up until a fortnight before arrival at Hotel Fanø Badeland. Hereafter the rules of cancellation are effective as stated below.

Cancellation policy: In the case of cancellation the following fees apply:
Up until 30 days prior to arrival.................................. 30 %
30 – 15 days prior to arrival........................................ 50 %
Less than 15 days prior to arrival.............................. 100 %
If the apartment is vacated before the original date of departure, partial payment will not be refunded.
To be acknowledged cancellation must be in writing.
Cancellation insurance: We recommend insurance coverage to ensure full refund in case of illness. The insurance can be obtained for the price of 5% of the booking value. The insurance must be paid at the time of deposit payment. The booking can be cancelled free of charge in case of acute illness, accident, or death occurring to the person him-/herself, spouse, children, parents, or siblings. A medical doctor must confirm the case and Sea West must receive documentation within 7 days from the cancellation date.
Cleaning: Daily cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the guest. Cleaning upon departure will be taken care of by Strandhotellerne and is included in the price if the apartment and balcony/terrace are left tidy, if garbage is deposited in garbage container, if dishes are clean and stored appropriately, and if oven and fridge are clean. A vacuum cleaner may be borrowed at the front desk.
Complaints: In order to properly respond to complaints these must be stated at the time of arrival or immediately after the cause has arisen. Demands for compensation must be submitted in writing to Strandhotellerne no later than 5 days after departure.

Extras: Feel free to bring your own bed linen or rent a linen package at the front desk for DKK 80,00 per person. The package includes one bed sheet, one quilt cover, one pillowcase, one tea towel, and one towel. Made up beds can be booked in advance for DKK 150,- per person. Baby cot and high chair can be rented for DKK 75,00 per stay. Please bring your pillow, quilt, linen etc. for baby cot.
