Djurs sommerland
Enjoy your day in the summer land - fun amusements for the whole family. From a hair-raising trip down the Colorado River, action on the Cross Car track, horse-riding, a trip on the Mississippi, Jumping Land, cycling, roller-skating, entertainment and lots, lots more. You must try it all.

Enjoy the funny waterworld with pleasantly warm water. More than half a kilometre of water slides in all sorts of fun varieties, including Canon Balls or "Det sorte hul" - "the black hole".
Let the current take you down the Wild River or go on an exhilarating glide down Surfing Hill. Lots of fun in the attractive beach area and pleasant water world for the little ones.

Kattegatcentret
At the Kattegat Centre shoals, depths, and memorable experiences are waiting for you.
Now the centre has got a new 1.5 million litre Oceanarium right next to Kattegat where you can see all the different types of fish that live here.
The lagoon is located right next to the Oceanarium with the Kattegat Centre's own jetty.
Have a look in the shark tank with the big tropical sharks and rays. Ride dry-shod on the moving pavement through the shark tunnel, get a close-up view of the big tropical sharks and rays, colourful coral reefs and unexpected surprises in the dark.

Castles and manor houses
The many beautiful castles in the area are also worth a visit. Mejlgaard Castle, Estruplund, Sostrup med The Marie Heart Covent, Gl. Estrup with its famous agricultural museum and the castle museum. Many of the old churches in this area have fantastic paintings from the middle age. The Marie Magdalene church is a beautiful example of this aged culture. |
Randers Regnskov - Randers Rainforest
By the waterfall beneath the bamboo bridge lies a 3-metre long crocodile, and Asian dwarf otters are playing on the bank between the rocks. Inquisitive monkeys and lazy iguanas follow your movements from the green trees of the rain forest. Here you can go on a safari and explore the luxuriant rain forest and see fantastic rock formations, waterfalls, flowers, colourful butterflies, fish, birds and many other unfamiliar animals from the rain forest.
Familieparken - the Family Park
In stunningly beautiful scenery you can meet animals from all over the world. More than 500 animals of 140 different species. The youngest members of the family can hold a rabbit, stroke the baby goats or they can go for a ride on a pony. Further more there is a playground for toddlers, minigolf, a climbing wall, the world's largest ball wheel, an action track, and moon cars.
Anglers can look forward to throwing their lines into the five lakes with their 80.000 sq.m. water surface. Access to indoor facilities, freezers and gutting surfaces.
In the park you'll find a nice café which has a range of delicious food. Visitors are also welcome to eat their own picnics in the barbeque area or in the shade of the trees with views of all the animals.

Fregatten Jylland
The frigate - the world's longest wooden vessel. Visitors have access to the entire vessel, and the upper deck is equipped with the original guns. The gun deck is filled with 30 replica guns. The outfitting of the frigate with furniture, galley, anchors, side boats etc. is complete. The dry dock too, is open to the public.
From the dock floor you can really see how large the world's longest wooden vessel actually is. In addition, the Lightship XXI, navy cutter MHV 67 and other vessels in the wood ship harbour can be visited.
